At My Wealth Club, we recognize that occasionally, purchases may not meet your expectations. If you find yourself regretting or accidentally making a purchase of one of our Membership products or services, rest assured that you have the opportunity to request a refund.

Our company proudly provides a seven (7) day, 100% money-back Satisfaction Guarantee to all our valued Members.

With the exception of situations mandated by applicable law, within the initial seven (7) days from the date of your initial product or service enrolment or payment (whichever comes first), you have the option to cancel your IM Membership Agreement without incurring any penalties and receive a full 100% refund of all Membership fees paid.

After the initial seven (7) days, and in accordance with the terms outlined in the Membership Agreement, you may still cancel your Membership at any time. However, it's important to note that you will not be eligible for a refund of any fees paid.

Refund Procedure:

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for your initial purchase. All refunds are transacted in US dollars. Please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for any international transaction fees or fluctuations in exchange rates that may impact the final refund amount received by a Member.

In cases where we receive multiple refund requests related to a series of connected or associated accounts, or if there are patterns of enrollment and refund requests connected to Member accounts, we reserve the right to suspend the accounts under question. An investigation into the circumstances surrounding these refund requests may precede any refund.

Regarding Chargebacks.

To mitigate the potential risk of fraud, our policy on chargebacks is as follows:

Once a chargeback occurs pertaining to a Member account, that specific Member account will be temporarily suspended.

Fraud alerts and requests for additional information (e.g., inquiries from the cardholder or card-issuing bank regarding authenticity) will be treated with similar consideration as chargebacks.

If multiple chargebacks occur in relation to the same Member account, we retain the right to terminate that Member account.

It's important to note that this Refund Policy does not apply to Student enrolments. Student enrolments are subject to the terms stipulated in the Terms of Agreement and the Policies and Procedures.
