Acceptance of the Terms of Use


These Terms of Use establish a legal agreement between you and My Wealth Club ("Company," "we," or "us"). These terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") govern your access to and use of MyWealthClub.com and its affiliated sites, including any content, features, and services available on or through MyWealthClub.com (referred to as the "Site"), whether you access it as a guest or a registered user.


Please carefully read these Terms of Use before you begin using the Site. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, available at MyWealthClub.com/privacypolicy, which is incorporated by reference herein. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, please refrain from accessing or using the Site.

My Wealth Club provides digital educational products and online training. We do not offer tax, accounting, legal, investment, or financial products or services. The information available through our products and services is provided by third parties and is solely for informational purposes on an "as is" basis, and it is at the user's sole risk. This information should not be construed as advice or used for investment, financial planning, legal, accounting, or tax purposes. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, quality, or completeness of the information, and the Company shall not be responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information or for any user's reliance on it. Users are solely responsible for verifying the information's suitability for their personal use, including seeking the advice of qualified professionals for specific financial, legal, accounting, or tax questions.

Age Restriction:

Accessing the Site and Account Security:

We reserve the right to withdraw or modify this Site, including any services or content, without notice at our sole discretion. We are not liable if any part of the Site becomes unavailable for any reason. We may also restrict access to specific parts or the entire Site for certain users, including registered users.

You are responsible for:
  1. Ensuring you have the necessary arrangements for accessing the Site.
  2. Ensuring that anyone accessing the Site via your internet connection is aware of and complies with these Terms of Use.


To access the Site or certain resources, you may be asked to provide registration details and other information. By using the Site, you agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Your information is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at MyWealthClub.com/privacyPolicy. If you receive a username, password, or other security information, you must keep it confidential and not share it with others. Your account is personal to you, and you must not provide access to the Site to others using your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches, and ensure you log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared or public computer. We reserve the right to disable or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion, especially if we suspect a breach of these Terms of Use.


Intellectual Property Rights:

The Site, its entire contents, features, and functionality, including text, images, videos, audio, and design, are the property of IM, its licensors, or other content providers and are protected by UAE and international laws governing copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property rights. These Terms of Use grant you permission to use the Site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Site, except for:

  1. Temporary storage in RAM when accessing and viewing the materials.
  2. Files automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancements.
  3. Printing or downloading a single copy of a reasonable number of Site pages for personal, non-commercial use, with no further reproduction, publication, or distribution.
  4. Downloading desktop, mobile, or other applications provided by us, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to our end-user license agreement.


You must not:

  1. Alter or delete copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices.
  2. Use illustrations, photographs, videos, audio, or any graphics separately from accompanying text.
  3. Copy, modify, distribute, display, transmit, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code, or otherwise exploit any part of the Site.
  4. Use the Site for any commercial purpose without our express consent.

If you print, copy, modify, download, or use any part of the Site in breach of these Terms of Use, your right to use the Site will cease immediately, and you must return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made. No right, title, or interest in or to the Site or any content on the Site is transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company. Any use of the Site not expressly permitted by these Terms of Use is a breach of these Terms of Use and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.


Trademarks:

The Company's name, the terms My Wealth Club, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Company or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the Company's prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this Site are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Prohibited Uses:

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to use the Site:

  1. In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation (including, without limitation, any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the UAE or other countries).
  2. To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site or which, as determined by us, may harm the Company or users of the Site or expose them to liability.
  3. Use the Site in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of the Site, including their ability to engage in real-time activities through the Site.
  4. Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Site for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Site.
  5. Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Site or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.
  6. Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Site.
  7. Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
  8. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Site, the server on which the Site is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Site.
  9. Attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
  10. Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site.


User Contributions:

The Site may contain message boards, chat rooms, personal web pages or profiles, forums, bulletin boards, and other interactive features (collectively, "Interactive Services") that allow users to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit to other users or other persons (hereinafter, "post") content or materials (collectively, "User Contributions") on or through the Site.

All User Contributions must comply with these Terms of Use and our Content Standards, as defined below.

Any User Contribution you post to the Site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By providing a User Contribution, you grant the Company and its affiliates and service providers the right to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose to third parties any such material for any purpose.

You represent and warrant that:
  1. You own or control all rights in and to the User Contributions and have the right to grant the license granted above to us and our affiliates and service providers.
  2. All your User Contributions do and will comply with these Terms of Use.


You understand and acknowledge that you are responsible for any User Contributions you submit or contribute and for the consequences of posting or publishing them. We are not responsible or liable to any third party for the content or accuracy of any User Contributions posted by you or any other user of the Site.


Content Standards:

These content standards apply to any and all User Contributions and use of Interactive Services. User Contributions must in their entirety comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, User Contributions must not:

  1. Contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  2. Promote sexually explicit or pornographic material, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
  3. Infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or other rights of any other person.
  4. Violate the legal rights (including the rights of publicity and privacy) of others or contain any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable laws or regulations or that otherwise may be in conflict with these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
  5. Be likely to deceive any person.
  6. Promote any illegal activity or advocate, promote, or assist any unlawful act.
  7. Cause annoyance, inconvenience, or needless anxiety or be likely to upset, embarrass, or alarm any other person.
  8. Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.
  9. Involve commercial activities or sales, such as contests, sweepstakes, and other sales promotions, barter, or advertising.


Monitoring and Enforcement; Termination:

We have the right to:

  1. Remove or refuse to post any User Contributions for any or no reason in our sole discretion.
  2. Take any action with respect to any User Contribution that we deem necessary or appropriate in our sole discretion, including if we believe that such User Contribution violates these Terms of Use, including the Content Standards, infringes any intellectual property right or other right of any person or entity, threatens the personal safety of users of the Site or the public, or could create liability for the Company.
  3. Disclose your identity or other information about you to any third party who claims that material posted by you violates their rights, including their intellectual property rights or their right to privacy.
  4. Take appropriate legal action, including, without limitation, referral to law enforcement, for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Site.
  5. Terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site for any reason, including, without limitation, any violation of these Terms of Use.


Without limiting the foregoing, we have the right to cooperate fully with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or other information of anyone posting any materials on or through the Site. You waive and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, licensees, and service providers from any claims resulting from any action taken by any of the foregoing parties during or as a result of investigations by either those parties or law enforcement authorities.


We cannot review all material before it is posted on the Site and cannot ensure prompt removal of objectionable material after it has been posted. Accordingly, we assume no liability for any action or inaction regarding transmissions, communications, or content provided by any user or third party. We have no liability or responsibility to anyone for performance or non-performance of the activities described in this section.

Reliance on Information Posted:

The information presented on or through the Site is made available solely for general information purposes. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. We disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by you or any other visitor to the Site or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents.

This Site may include content provided by third parties, including materials provided by other users, bloggers, and third-party licensors, syndicators, aggregators, and/or reporting services. All statements and/or opinions expressed in these materials, and all articles and responses to questions and other content, other than the content provided by the Company, are solely the opinions and the responsibility of the person or entity providing those materials. These materials do not necessarily reflect the opinion of the Company. We are not responsible, or liable to you or any third party, for the content or accuracy of any materials provided by any third parties.

Changes to the Site:

We may update the content on this Site from time to time, but its content is not necessarily complete or up-to-date. Any of the material on the Site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.

Information About You and Your Visits to the Site:

All information we collect on this Site is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to all actions taken by us with respect to your information in compliance with the Privacy Policy.

Linking to the Site and Social Media Features:

You may link to our homepage, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval, or endorsement on our part without our express written consent.

This Site may provide certain social media features that enable you to:
  1. Link from your own or certain third-party websites to certain content on this Site.
  2. Send emails or other communications with certain content or links to specific content on this Site.
  3. Cause limited portions of content on this Site to be displayed or appear to be displayed on your own or certain third-party websites.


You may use these features solely as they are provided by us, solely with respect to the content they are displayed with, and otherwise in accordance with any additional terms and conditions we provide with respect to such features. Subject to the foregoing, you must not:

  1. Establish a link from any website that is not owned by you.
  2. Cause the Site or portions of it to be displayed on, or appear to be displayed by, any other site, for example, framing, deep linking, or in-line linking.
  3. Link to any part of the Site other than the homepage.
  4. Otherwise take any action with respect to the materials on this Site that is inconsistent with any other provision of these Terms of Use.


The website from which you are linking, or on which you make certain content accessible, must comply in all respects with the Content Standards set out in these Terms of Use.


You agree to cooperate with us in causing any unauthorized framing or linking immediately to cease. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

We may disable all or any social media features and any links at any time without notice in our discretion.

Links from the Site:

If the Site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your convenience only. This includes links contained in advertisements, including banner advertisements and sponsored links. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. If you decide to access any of the third-party websites linked to this Site, you do so entirely at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of use for such websites.

Geographic Restrictions:

The owner of the Site is based in the UAE. We make no claims that the Site or any of its content is accessible or appropriate outside of the UAE. Access to the Site may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the Site from outside the UAE, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

You understand that we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading from the internet or the Site will be free of viruses or other destructive code. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for anti-virus protection and accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to our Site for any reconstruction of any lost data.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

Limitation on Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, My Wealth Club, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, and directors shall not be held liable for any damages, regardless of the legal theory, arising from or in connection with your use of the My Wealth Club website or any sites linked to it, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes damages such as personal injury, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, or loss of data, whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

This limitation of liability does not apply to liability resulting from our gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or in cases of death or bodily injury caused by products or services you have purchased through the My Wealth Club website.

The above limitation does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless My Wealth Club, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the My Wealth Club website, including, but not limited to, your User Contributions, any use of the website's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms of Use, or your use of any information obtained from the website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction All matters relating to the My Wealth Club website and these Terms of Use, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the UAE, without regard to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the UAE or any other jurisdiction).

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Use or the My Wealth Club website shall be filed exclusively in the federal courts of the United Arab Emirates. However, we reserve the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms of Use in your country of residence or any other relevant country. You waive any objections to the jurisdiction of such courts and consent to venue in such courts.

Arbitration At My Wealth Club's sole discretion, we may require you to submit any disputes arising from these Terms of Use or your use of the My Wealth Club website to final and binding arbitration. The arbitration will be administered by Judicial Arbitration Mediation Services, Inc. ("JAMS") in accordance with Nevada law and the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules & Procedures effective July 1, 2014 (the "JAMS Rules"), as modified by this arbitration agreement. The JAMS Rules and instructions for initiating arbitration are available on the JAMS website at http://www.jamsadr.com/rules-streamlined-arbitration. The Minimum Standards can be found at https://www.jamsadr.com/consumer-minimum-standards/.

Limitation on Time to File Claims

To the extent permitted by law, any cause of action or claim you may have arising from these Terms of Use or your use of the My Wealth Club website must be initiated within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action or claim is permanently barred.

Waiver and Severability

No waiver by My Wealth Club of any term or condition in these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. The failure of My Wealth Club to assert any right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary to allow the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use to remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, Member Terms, and/or IBO Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and My Wealth Club regarding the My Wealth Club website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, concerning the website.
